Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement records the authorization given when a user submits information, binds a trading account, uploads payment evidence or uses platform services.

Scope of authorization

The user authorizes processing of email, nickname, trading account identifiers, trading server information, account risk snapshots, orders and positions, payment evidence, device information and security logs for identity verification, account security, payment review, account binding, copy execution, support, dispute handling and compliance audit.

Necessity and withdrawal

Some information is necessary to provide account verification, funds services or copy trading. A user may withdraw consent for non-essential processing, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may make related functions unavailable.

Service providers

Evaluated providers may process strictly necessary information for email, storage, payment, trading gateway and infrastructure services. Contracts and access controls restrict their use.

Confirmation

The user confirms that submitted information is accurate and lawfully provided, and has reviewed the Privacy Policy for details about retention, sharing, security and user rights.
